GRADING EXPLAINED
Grading devices
At PhoneCyle, all our devices go through an extensive 44 point diagnostic test by our trained technicians in a secure area.
Through this thorough procedure we will determine the grade of the device, which will be based on the condition of the phone. Each device follows the same process to ensure we grade each device consistently.
Here are some of the checks we carry out:
Our 44 point diagnostic check includes all of the following:

Below we explain the descriptions of each grade.
GRADE B
Devices in excellent condition
GRADE C
Devices in good condition
GRADE D
Devices in fair condition
Grade B
Excellent Condition
These devices are in excellent condition with little to no signs of use, no noticeable or significant scratching, scuffing or damage of any sort to the device.
Grade C
Very Good Condition
These devices are in very good condition with minimal signs of use, slight wear and tear, minor scuffing or marking to the case or screen of device, no chips or dents.
Grade D
Fair Condition
These devices are a fair condition with more significant signs of use, heavier wear and tear, widespread scuffing, marking, or chips or dents to corners of device, but no cracks to screen.
